Met David has now been based on our campus for over five years. From here they support companies, educational institutions and (semi)government with assessments, talent development, team development, recruitment & selection and complete programs.
Met David believe that organizations become stronger when people work from their talent. An approach we as Human Campus can only support. Roel Koolen, director of Met David, talks about his company and what being based at Brainport Human Campus means to him.
The power of Met David
Met David specializes in talent management and sustainable employability. They make talent visible using assessments and translate this into concrete development within teams and organizations. Roel: "Our strength lies in connecting insight to action: from talent analysis to sustainable growth. We see daily that job happiness increases when people work from their natural talents and cooperate in teams where differences are utilized instead of flattened."
A logical place to settle
It was not a difficult decision for Roel to settle on our campus. "The choice of Brainport Human Campus was already logical for us at the time. The campus revolves around people, work and society. Exactly the domain in which we are active. Here are organizations that, like us, believe that people make the difference. In addition, the campus offers a central location in the Brainport region and a professional, inspiring work environment."
The added value of the campus
"Brainport Human Campus is really more than an office location. It's a meeting place where talent, work and development come together and collaboration comes naturally.
It is wonderful that on campus we can also have a good conversation outside, in one of the many nice spots. If the sun is shining brightly, we can find a spot in the shade under one of the canopies, for example. Always nice with a piece of music in the background. It is even possible to have lunch outside. So you really recharge for the afternoon.
Because of the focus on development and connection, conversations here quickly come to content: talent, leadership and sustainable employability. Our core values of trust, development and connection align seamlessly with the culture of this environment. The campus is a place where, as a talent partner, we like to contribute to strong, vital and future-proof organizations."
Connection and collaboration
"Since our establishment over five years ago, we have made valuable contacts with HR professionals, consultants and organizations active in the field of work and development. This leads to knowledge sharing, joint initiatives and opportunities for future collaboration. Moreover, we see opportunities to organize campus-wide sessions and meetings around talent development, leadership and sustainable employability."
