Inspiration session

Do you work as an HR professional or manager and would you like to give the topic of women and work a bigger role within your organization? Or are you looking for inspiration and practical tools to get started right away? Then come to our inspiration session Woman & Work! You start with an inspiring art tour on the Brainport Human Campus and then dive into an interactive workshop full of valuable insights and concrete actions together with other professionals.

Art Trail

You'll start past the unique exhibit ''Woman & Work - From and By Women, For Everyone.'' It showcases works of art in which women are both creators and models. The exhibition offers an inspiring look at the role of women in the world of work and art. This exhibition highlights the resilience, creativity and influence of women in various sectors. Using historical objects, personal stories and contemporary art, it paints a multifaceted picture of the challenges and successes women (have) experienced.

Workshop Woman & Work

In many organizations, absenteeism among women is higher. Bloeij, a health and safety service that focuses on amplification and prevention, has conducted large-scale research on how women stay healthy, happy and resilient at work. During this inspiration day, the workshop Woman & Work will elaborate on valuable insights from the research, give practical tips to empower female employees and actively work with various propositions.
