Bloeij at Brainport Human Campus: growing where people and work come together

Jip van der Pol 2

What is Bloeij?

Jip, manager of people, brand and product development, or: the marketing engine of Bloeij, says: "We believe that people and work make each other better. Our mission? To help employees be the best version of themselves so that organizations can grow and prosper. We do this by focusing on absenteeism prevention and absenteeism counseling, as well as second track, occupational health research and coaching. We also offer various (amplification) workshops for HRM staff, managers and employees.

Why settle on Brainport Human Campus?

As part of Driessen Groep, the choice for Brainport Human Campus was a logical step. But what makes it so special here? Jip: "The dynamics of the campus are great. As a starting company, we had all the facilities we needed here. Now that we are 'mature' we still see that. And because of the focus on people and work, it fits our vision perfectly. Moreover, it is nice to be able to easily brainstorm with other companies and thus strengthen each other."

Growth and connection

Bloeij has grown rapidly: ''In 2021, we started with 4 people in one office space. Now we are about 45 colleagues located in a separate building. The great thing is that we can continue to grow on and with the campus.

"Everything is just very well organized," says Jip. "From the facilities to the atmosphere. Even our partners, freelancers and companies we work with like to come here to work. One of them can even be found on campus several days a week. Connection, cooperation and a nice inspiring place, that is what Brainport Human Campus offers us."

Themed Women and Work

Women and Work is a theme that several organizations on campus are working on. And in which they seek cooperation among themselves in order to come up with new initiatives. So too is Bloeij. With a focus on empowering people, it is one of the themes within their services. They recently conducted research among 2200 women about how women stay healthy, happy and resilient at work. They released a white paper on this.

In addition, at the moment the exhibition Woman and Work can be seen as an art tour on the Brainport Human Campus. Both initiatives complement each other and highlight the importance of an inclusive and resilient work environment for women. Based on this, Bloeij and the campus are jointly developing a new concept. More on this soon on LinkedIn!

The Future of Bloeij

Bloeij continues to grow and innovate. Jip: "We are proud of what we have achieved and look forward to what the future holds. On a campus where people and work are central, we as a health and safety service can only continue to flourish."
